1. Platform purpose

Lifetime PnL provides performance tracking, leaderboard displays, and analytics tooling. Content is for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility and account security

You are responsible for account security, API credential handling, and all actions taken through your account. Read-only brokerage credentials should be used wherever possible.

3. Data integrity and verification

We attempt to verify and normalize broker data, but data quality depends on third-party APIs and user-provided inputs. We may suspend, remove, or correct entries that appear misleading, manipulated, or incomplete.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal data, impersonate others, or submit harmful content. Violations may result in account restrictions or removal.

5. Liability limits

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses or missed opportunities.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. For legal requests, contact the team through the in-app contact option.
